The typical American weekend is filled with work, running errands, household chores and stress over personal finances. That’s according to a new survey of 2,000 Americans commissioned by Hilton Garden Inn, which also revealed the top three Monday morning regrets.
THE TYPICAL AMERICAN WEEKEND IS FILLED WITH WORK, RUNNING ERRANDS, HOUSEHOLD CHORES, AND STRESS OVER PERSONAL FINANCES. THAT’S ACCORDING TO A NEW SURVEY OF 2,000 AMERICANS COMMISSIONED BY HILTON GARDEN INN, WHICH ALSO REVEALED THE TOP THREE MONDAY MORNING REGRETS. AT THE TOP OF THE REGRET LIST, NOT GETTING EVERYTHING YOU HAD PLANNED DONE. SECOND, NOT GETTING ENOUGH REST OR SLEEP. THE THIRD BIGGEST MONDAY MORNING REGRET IS FEELING LIKE THE WEEKEND WAS WASTED. THREE IN FOUR RESPONDENTS ALSO SAID THEY NEED A WEEKEND GETAWAY FROM HOME TO PROPERLY RELAX AND RECHARGE.
